AR Financial welcomes newest team member
AR Financial is pleased to welcome the newest member of our team, Spence Sarazin, Director of Business Development!
Spence is an experienced lender with 9 years of real estate and business lending background. His most recent role was as a Relationship Manager at First Republic Bank where he provided private banking and wealth services to a clientele of corporations and high-net-worth households.
Spence has two major areas of emphasis with AR Financial. Firstly, to help refine and upgrage our communication with existing and future investors. Secondly, to raise awareness in the loan brokerage community regarding our capabilities as a private lender. Both initiatives will help bolster our efforts and make us even more forceful in the private lending sector.
Spence is an avid road cyclist, skier, and triathlete. He has a firm understanding of real estate in California as he recently relocated from San Francisco back to his home base in North County, San Diego.
